Your profile is free through December 31, 2026. There is no card to enter, no per-lead fee and no percentage of what clients pay you, and it is free for legal aid attorneys. We will tell you what comes next well before the end of the year.
Attorneys licensed in Texas who are in good standing with the State Bar. A person on our team checks your bar number before your profile goes live.
Setup takes about 15 minutes, and you can save and finish later. A person reviews each application, usually within about 1 business day. Your profile appears as soon as it is approved.
Neighbors describe what is going on once, see attorneys who fit, and send the request to one to three of them. If your profile fits, you get a short preview and reply in your own words. If a neighbor chooses you, you see the full details and book the consult.
No. Order is by fit and a neutral daily rotation. Payment, results and win rates are never inputs, and a paid placement is always labeled Sponsored and shown apart from matches.
An open spot is a practice area in a court type where no attorney has claimed a specialty yet. Choosing one preselects that area and court in your setup. You can change your areas and courts at any time.
No outcome claims. Profiles do not show win rates, verdicts or guarantees, and we do not rank attorneys or judges. Reviews describe the process, not who won.
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We do not split fees or take a percentage. Retainers go to your client trust account, never to Neighbor Legal.
You choose how fast you reply, usually within one business day, and neighbors see it on your profile. Neighbors can only count on a reply they were promised, so please set a window you can keep.
No. We show you how often you appeared in matches and how many requests you received.
Retainer deposits go to your client trust account, never to Neighbor Legal. You are responsible for trust accounting rules.
We do not show win rates or outcome claims. Profiles show facts you can check, such as courts, years practicing and bar status.
